Is the price really fixed?
Yes. The scope is written down before work starts and the price does not move. Anything outside the package is quoted separately, in writing, before it is done.
Who owns the site?
You do. The source code lives in a Git repository, the domain is registered to you, and the site can be moved to another developer or host without asking permission.
Why not WordPress?
For a 3-to-5 page business site, a database and a plugin stack add patching work and attack surface without adding anything your customers see. Static pages are faster and have far less to break.
What does Care & DNS cover?
Keeping the domain, DNS and site in working order after launch. The exact items are listed in your agreement so there is no guessing about what is included.
How long does a build take?
The timeline is agreed during scoping and written into the agreement. It depends mostly on how quickly content and photos are ready.
Do you use AI to write my site?
Models may help draft or summarize. A person reviews everything, and nothing about your business is stated unless you have confirmed it.
What is the project scoping call?
A paid 30-minute call ($50, based on $100/hr) with an agenda sent ahead. You get one follow-up email with a fixed quote. The fee is applied as a credit toward your project if you book Tier 1 or Tier 2.
Where is my site hosted?
On Cloudflare Pages, a global CDN. Client production sites never run on local lab hardware, so a power outage or maintenance window here cannot take your site down.
